Insurance
If your insurance provides a benefit for treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Prior to beginning any treatment, you will receive an estimate of costs. This is a good faith estimate of how much your insurance will contribute to your care. It’s important to know that each insurance policy varies. On the unexpected occasion that the insurance company pays less that anticipated, you will be responsible for the difference. As a courtesy to our patients, we will file all claims on your behalf.
